How It Works

The Jewish Digital Archive is an interactive project which is constantly being updated and co-created by you, the user. Your comments, insights and identifications on the website are essential in helping to find people, form links and identify areas and themes of interest.

Using the latest technology to scan and preserve photos, home videos and interviews means we are at the cutting edge of the digital archive process. You are encouraged to COMMENT on the existing material and UPLOAD your own. All you need to do is complete the quick registration on the home page. There is a user agreement that lays out the terms.

Those looking for stories of family, towns or historic figures may begin their search here.
